This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on wpagencykit.org. It applies in addition to the rights of Consumers under applicable mandatory law and to the Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Products
The products sold on the Site are digital goods (WordPress plugins, bundles, license keys and related services). There is no physical shipment. Once delivery has started — that is, as soon as the download link and/or license key have been sent to the Customer — the digital content is considered to have been supplied.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (14 Days)
Pursuant to Art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), a Consumer has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without providing any reason.
Important exception for digital content (Art. 59, par. 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code): the right of withdrawal is lost when the performance of the contract has begun with the Consumer’s prior express consent and the Consumer has acknowledged that he/she will thereby lose the right of withdrawal. During checkout the Consumer must tick a dedicated checkbox to provide such consent and acknowledgment. As soon as the Consumer downloads the software or requests immediate activation of the license key, the right of withdrawal is lost.
If the Consumer has not ticked the consent checkbox, delivery is postponed and the Consumer may withdraw within 14 days by sending an explicit written statement to support@wpagencykit.org with subject “Withdrawal”, including the order number and the purchase email. In such case a full refund is issued within 14 days from receipt of the notice, to the original means of payment.
3. Voluntary Satisfaction Refund (14 Days)
Beyond the statutory rights described above, the Seller offers a voluntary 14-day satisfaction refund to all Customers, including those who have already downloaded or activated the Products, subject to the following conditions:
- the request is submitted in writing to support@wpagencykit.org within 14 days of the order date;
- the Customer provides the order number and a short description of the reason for the request (to help us improve the Products);
- the Customer deactivates the Products on all Licensed Sites and removes the Software files;
- the license key associated with the order is not reused after the refund is issued.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 14 days from approval. Processing times on the side of the card issuer or payment network may vary.
4. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
The voluntary refund does not apply in the following cases:
- requests submitted after the 14-day window;
- evidence of abusive or fraudulent use, including repeated purchases and refund requests, resale of license keys, or circumvention of license-validation mechanisms;
- refund requests motivated solely by technical incompatibility with hosting environments, third-party plugins, themes or PHP versions that are explicitly listed as unsupported on the product page at the time of purchase;
- refund requests motivated by changes in third-party services outside the Seller’s control (for example, changes in pricing or availability of OpenAI, DeepL or Git providers used by the Software).
The above restrictions do not affect the statutory warranty of conformity granted to Consumers under Articles 128–135-septies of the Consumer Code and under Italian Legislative Decree no. 170/2021.
5. Warranty Claims and Defective Products
If a Product is affected by a material lack of conformity, the Customer is invited to contact support@wpagencykit.org and provide a reproducible description of the issue, including WordPress and PHP versions, active theme, other active plugins and steps to reproduce. The Seller will assess the claim and, where possible, provide a fix or an update within a reasonable time. Where the lack of conformity cannot be remedied, Consumers may exercise the remedies provided by the Consumer Code, including termination of the contract and refund.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with the card issuer, the Customer is strongly encouraged to contact the Seller in order to resolve the issue amicably and receive a direct refund where eligible. Chargebacks opened without prior contact may result in suspension of the account and of the associated license keys until the dispute is resolved.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@wpagencykit.org with:
- subject: “Refund request — order #[order number]”;
- order number and purchase email;
- reason for the request;
- confirmation that the Products have been deactivated and removed from the Licensed Sites.
The Seller will acknowledge the request within 3 business days and will communicate the outcome within 14 days from receipt, after verification of eligibility.
8. Online Dispute Resolution
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013, Consumers resident in the European Union may submit disputes to the ODR platform of the European Commission, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
